People love saying they are responsible just because of the honor they may get. They focus more on the prestige or respect and honor they may get than the main things that should actually label them as responsible people. 

An elderly woman who hears that her daughter is engaged to a young man, first of all asks for the young man’s appearance in order to ascertain if he is responsible enough for his daughter or not. As if that is not enough, they might even go as far as asking them if they are responsible enough for their daughter. No need to blame them, it is because of their love and care for their daughters. It is also a natural phenomenon for every reasonable human being to act so. So young men and women, if you want to get that job you’ve been looking for or have been going to interviews and not getting it. if you want that beautiful queen you've been looking for, read and listen to what the man of steel has got to say. Here are some of the steps to actually being responsible.

1. BE WELL DRESSED: Truth be told , there is actually a big difference between looking responsible and actually being responsible, but the first step towards being responsible is looking responsible. The way you dress is the way you will be addressed just as the public saying goes.

Punctuality: whether you are going on a date with the most beautiful girl or handsome man, or you are going for a job interview, punctuality goes as far as scoring a high mark towards your success in anything you do. Amongst many other things it would tell about you is that you are disciplined. No boss or girlfriend would send you away for being punctual; Instead, they would be moved to want to get to know you the more thereby giving you a fair hearing for the job requested or opportunity for next time. But before this, you must appear well dressed and neat.

3 BODY LANGUAGE: Comport yourself, show that you are professional in whatever you are doing and always try to speak well, if you can’t, learn it. Because it is very important to your potential new boss the impression you make on him.

4 BE TRUTHFUL: It is true that truthfulness no longer matters in today’s world but truly I say to you, it is like the  golden key to every successful relationship, whether with your boss, you boyfriend or girlfriend , husband or wife , siblings or parents, enemies or friends and most importantly yourself etc.It is very important. 5 BE DECISIVE: Amongst all other traits, decision making might seem to be the hardest, but every responsible people pay this price. 6.BE DETERMINED: Set goals and work hard to achieve them, do not let anything to deviate your attention from achieving your goals because the portals to the next phase of your life might be open but without an already achieved goal, you might not get there. So be focused.

7. BE HUMBLE: Upon doing all these things, never see yourself as the all superior one but rather show yourself as a servant too. Set standards if you might, but never forget to treat others with love. Show your workers, lovers, friends, and etcetera etcetera that you care not just about your businesses or works alone but them too, individually. Always remember to recognize and accept your mistakes when necessary.
